The Eurokendo name and logo are trademarks of the company. All other trademarks appearing on the eurokendo.com site remain the property of their respective owners.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice; typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice.

All prices are displayed with two prices: excluding VAT and including VAT (20%). 
Customers agree to pay the total price including: VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase.
Eurokendo reserves the right to refuse an order.
Orders will not be processed until payment has completed and the start date of an order will be treated as the day that the payment was completed on. If paying by cheque or bank transfer the payment is complete when the money is cleared.

If an item is not available we will email you telling you when that product is likely to be in stock and possibly offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time is unacceptable you have the option to cancel your order.

Payment
Eurokendo offers 4 methods of payment: PayPal, Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo), bank transfer or cheque. 


PayPal enables you to pay for your order directly without having to provide your bank details over the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technology available on the market 


You can pay for your order using Solo and Maestro debit cards, which guarantee security and modern electronic banking

Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. 

To pay by credit/debit card, your account is charged when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your payment will not complete and your order will be put on hold. 


Bank transfer: your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received, we will dispatch your goods.
We have 2 bank transfer accounts so you can pay in either Euros or GBP (£).
Bank transfers can take up to 2 weeks to clear and the order will not progress until the money has cleared. If you’re in a rush please use Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.


You can also send in Cheque/Postal Order by the same process, stating in your customer notes that you are sending in payment or telephone with details. Cheques are made payable to eurokendo Ltd.
Cheques can take up to 2 weeks to clear and the order will not progress until the money has cleared. If you’re in a rush please use Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

Security Policy
Eurokendo uses Secure Sockets Layer cryptography (SSL) to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level is 128 bit and ensures that only our website and the payment gateway can access your details when you use our website. Your details are not held in clear text on any website. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled providing they have not been despatched or if we had to order the goods in specially and you were notified. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please read the refund terms and conditions.

Please email us at support@eurokendo.com with the full order details and your order reference number.

30 Days Non-Faulty Refund
Eurokendo operates a no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee. We aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company we give you ample time to return those unwanted items. Eurokendo must simply receive the goods back within 30 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Eurokendo reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non-merchantable quality.

Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and Eurokendo Limited accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Eurokendo Limited. 

If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £5.00 one item and £8.95 for two or more.

If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out. Please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund. 
For your convenience we have an online system whereby you can log on to your account and select the items from the order you’d like to return. This will supply you with an RMA number and allow us to process your return request. 

We cannot offer a refund or exchange on customised goods unless they are faulty or the incorrect. Customised items include, but are not limited to, bogu and embroidered uniforms. Please check all orders very carefully to make sure there are no mistakes as we cannot be held responsible for this.
As it is in our best interest to provide good quality goods to the customer we do check orders for any possible mistakes but it's not always possible for us to find them!

For you protection we would advise you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns
Eurokendo is responsible for all Kendo products that we sell. If there is any issue regarding the quality, and the fault is Eurokendo’s, we will always be responsible and try our best to help work out the best solution for both of us. However, the customer is responsible for providing us with details of the quality problem and following our terms and conditions. 

Refund

  • The customer must notify us of the issue within 30 days of the delivery date. Pictures aren’t necessary in the notification but the quicker pictures are sent the quicker we can process the problem.
  • We will not refund shinai if the shinai has been used. A shinai will not be counted as used if the customer has simply unassembled the shinai to check for cracks or to check if the shinai is underweight. 
  • Customers are required to provide us with a photo of the faulty product.
  • If Eurokendo requires the customer to return the product, the customer must send the item back with the original packing.
  • If Eurokendo requires the customer to destroy the product, the customer must destroy the product and send us photographic evidence.


Exchange

  • The customer must notify Eurokendo of an exchange request within 30 days of delivery. The customer can send us an e-mail to notify us of the issue first and return the product later, but all notifications must be sent within 30 days of delivery.
  • All the kendo products must be returned in 100% new condition, otherwise a surcharge may apply. 
  • The customer needs to cover all the extra shipping cost.
  • If the return shipping cost is too expensive, the customer can discuss the matter with the Eurokendo staff.

Complaints
We are constantly striving to improve our customer services. In the unlikely event you feel the need to register a complaint, or if you have a suggestion for how we could improve, please contact us immediately. We make sure to acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and keep you updated on our progress with investigating your issue there on in. Once we have come to a resolution we will contact you again with our findings.

Use of Equipment
Please note that Kendo equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any item with a manufacturer’s warranty is passed on to the customer. Eurokendo Limited has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you, the customer, to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the customer’s stator rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new martial art regime you consult your doctor.

General
Eurokendo Limited will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. Eurokendo provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you, the consumer. We do not, however, have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and Eurokendo Limited cannot be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries.
