Delivery Information

UK Shipping Policy

Any orders from the UK mainland are charged at a discounted rate of a reliable “domestic courier service” e.g. Parcelforce, Citylink.

The website will work out the price of shipping automatically based on the size and weight of each item in the cart.

We aim to despatch goods so that they are received in 7-10 days (after payment clears). However certain orders like bogu take longer to despatch as they have to be made to fit first. We usually quote 4-8 weeks wait for armour or customised orders although this depends also on the time of year.

Please note that couriers tend to delivery during working hours so you may find it more convenient to give a work address as parcels need to be signed for.
Also ensure that you input a complete and correct delivery address as mistakes or omissions could lead to delays or the goods returning undelivered.

When the goods arrive please check for any damage to the parcel before signing for the goods. If there is damage sign for them as damaged and get in contact with us as soon as possible.
Please also check that the correct amount of parcels have arrived, if anything is missing then do not sign for any of the missing parcels!

If when you receive the parcel there are goods missing from the inside please contact us right away and if possible provide pictures of the packaging and contents so we can assess the situation right away and fix it for you.

International Shipping Policy

We also offer international shipping at Eurokendo. This is also calculated automatically by the website based on size and weight. Please make sure you select the correct country when filling out the cart!
We use: EMS, DHL, UPS, Parcelforce and Royal Mail depending on the country and the size of the order to ensure you get the best deal on shipping.

Delivery to non-EU countries may incur import duty or other taxes. Eurokendo Ltd cannot be liable for any extra charges that are incurred in this way. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.

Undelivered Goods

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel when your order is delivered. If no one is home when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you and a re-delivery attempted.
If subsequently your order is returned to us because the courier couldn’t deliver the goods or because you didn’t contact them to re-arrange the delivery (or collect the items from the depot) then you will be liable for the cost of shipping.
For us to arrange further re-delivery we would require you pay to cover the cost, or if you choose to cancel the order we will issue a full refund less the original shipping cost of the failed delivery.
